Gerald B. Borden

Jerry is a partner at Wiczer Sheldon & Jacobs, LLC. He obtained his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Practicing since 2006, Jerry has represented clients in thousands of real estate transactions, focusing on investor and commercial deals. Jerry represents clients in all manner of commercial litigation and business transactions, including buy-sells, restructuring and financing. Jerry previously represented unit owners in association disputes. With WSJ, Jerry uses this experience to represent WSJ's many association board and management clients. Jerry has presented in seminars on real estate issues, including at the Chicago Bar Association.
