In his over 20 years in private practice, John has represented clients in various industries in diverse litigation matters involving a wide range of issues. John has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts and mediated and arbitrated numerous matters outside of court. Among other matters, John has represented clients in actions involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud claims, and countless employment matters with a focus on restrictive covenants/non-compete agreements.

John is a firm believer in working not just for his clients, but with them. Because of this approach, John's relationships with his clients often last well beyond any particular case, extending into general strategic advice and business counseling. He also devotes significant time to advising his clients on ways they can avoid litigation in the first place. When litigation is the only option, John strives to avoid unnecessary motion practice and discovery, thereby saving his clients on legal fees. He keeps clients informed throughout litigation as case moves forward.
